为明确多菌灵质量浓度与蚯蚓体内乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)和羧酸酯酶(CarE)3种解毒酶活性之间的剂量效应关系,为多菌灵的安全使用及对相关动物的毒害研究提供参考,利用赤峰周边地区蔬菜大棚的蚯蚓,进行多菌灵0.75 g/L、1.00 g/L、1.25 g/L、1.50 g/L、1.75 g/L 和2.00 g/L 6个质量浓度对蚯蚓体内3种解毒酶活性的影响试验。结果表明:与对照组(蒸馏水)相比,多菌灵对蚯蚓体内的乙酰胆碱酯酶整体起抑制作用,在多菌灵浓度为1.75 g/L 时酶活性最低,为105.625μmol/L;对谷胱甘肽 S-转移酶整体起诱导促进作用,在多菌灵浓度为1.00 g/L 时酶活性最高,为17.343μmol/L;对羧酸酯酶活性,在多菌灵浓度小于1.25 g/L 时表现为诱导促进作用,大于1.25 g/L 时表现为抑制作用。
為明確多菌靈質量濃度與蚯蚓體內乙酰膽堿酯酶(AChE)、穀胱甘肽S-轉移酶(GSTs)和羧痠酯酶(CarE)3種解毒酶活性之間的劑量效應關繫,為多菌靈的安全使用及對相關動物的毒害研究提供參攷,利用赤峰週邊地區蔬菜大棚的蚯蚓,進行多菌靈0.75 g/L、1.00 g/L、1.25 g/L、1.50 g/L、1.75 g/L 和2.00 g/L 6箇質量濃度對蚯蚓體內3種解毒酶活性的影響試驗。結果錶明:與對照組(蒸餾水)相比,多菌靈對蚯蚓體內的乙酰膽堿酯酶整體起抑製作用,在多菌靈濃度為1.75 g/L 時酶活性最低,為105.625μmol/L;對穀胱甘肽 S-轉移酶整體起誘導促進作用,在多菌靈濃度為1.00 g/L 時酶活性最高,為17.343μmol/L;對羧痠酯酶活性,在多菌靈濃度小于1.25 g/L 時錶現為誘導促進作用,大于1.25 g/L 時錶現為抑製作用。

The healthy earthworms from vegetable greenhouses in Chifeng City were treated with carbendazim with six mass concentrations (0.75 g/L,1.00 g/L,1.25 g/L,1.50 g/L,1.75 g/L and 2.00 g/L)to study the dose-effect relationship between carbendazim concentration and activity of AChE,GSTs and CarE and to provide a reference for safe use and poison research of carbendazim.Carbendazim has the inhibition effect on AChE activity overall and the AChE activity is 105.625 mol/L (minimum)when carbendazim concentration is 1.75 g/L.Carbendazim has the promotion effect on GSTs activity overall and the GSTs activity is up to 17.343 mol/L (maximum)when carbendazim concentration is 1.00 g/L.The CarE activity is induced and promoted when carbendazim concentration is less than 1.25 g/L,and the CarE activity is inhibited when carbendazim concentration is higher than 1.25 g/L.
