目的：探讨改良结肠透析法在老年男性结肠透析漏液问题中的应用。方法选取本院治疗的老年男性患者14例，按入院时间随机分为观察组和对照组。其中对照组7人采用常规结肠透析法，共28次；观察组7人采用改良结肠透析法，共15次。比较2组患者漏液率的变化。结果观察组漏液率显著低于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论采用改良法可降低老年男性患者结肠透析的漏液率，提高患者舒适度。
목적：탐토개량결장투석법재노년남성결장투석루액문제중적응용。방법선취본원치료적노년남성환자14례，안입원시간수궤분위관찰조화대조조。기중대조조7인채용상규결장투석법，공28차；관찰조7인채용개량결장투석법，공15차。비교2조환자루액솔적변화。결과관찰조루액솔현저저우대조조，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론채용개량법가강저노년남성환자결장투석적루액솔，제고환자서괄도。
ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the application of improved colon dialysis in male el-derly patients with leakage problems.Methods A total of 14 elderly patients under the treatment of colon dialysis in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group ac-cording to the admission time.7 patients in the control group used routine colon dialysis with 28 dialysis while the 7 patients in the experimental group used improved colon dialysis with 15 dialysis altogether.The leakage rates were compared between the two groups.Results The leakage rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclu-sion The improved colon dialysis can significantly reduce the incidence rate and enhance the com-forts of patients.
