目的：比较中医推拿手法与单纯红外线照射治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年门诊肩关节周围炎患者107例，随机分为治疗组55例和对照组52例，对两组疗效进行比较。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.3%，对照组为84.6%，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中医手法推拿治疗中老年肩关节周围炎，具有缓解症状，改善肩关节功能活动的功效。
목적：비교중의추나수법여단순홍외선조사치료견관절주위염적림상료효。방법：선취2013년문진견관절주위염환자107례，수궤분위치료조55례화대조조52례，대량조료효진행비교。결과：치료조총유효솔위96.3%，대조조위84.6%，량조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：중의수법추나치료중노년견관절주위염，구유완해증상，개선견관절공능활동적공효。
Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy between the massage of traditional Chinese medicine and the simple infrared radiation on the periarthritis of shoulder. Methods: In the outpatient department, 107 cases with periarthritis of shoulder were selected in 2013 and randomly divided into a treatment group with 55 cases and a control one with 52. The effects of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.3% and 84.6% in the control group. Their comparative difference had the statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The massage of traditional Chinese medicine has the effect on relieving symptoms and improving the function of the periarthritis of shoulder to the middle and old patients.
