老年人是慢性病的高危人群，存在较大的用药安全隐患，易出现药物不良反应、药物相互作用、药源性疾病等用药相关问题。本文简述老年人常见的用药问题，回顾分析影响老年人安全用药的相关因素。重点探讨防治老年人不合理用药及改善患者用药依从性的有效措施，帮助和指导老年人正确用药，最大限度提高药物疗效、降低药物不良反应，提高老年人的生活质量。

The elderly people are the high risk population with chronic disease. There is a higher safety hazard of medication. It is easy to appear the drugs side effect, drugs interaction, drug-induced diseases and drug-related problems. This article briefly introduces the problems of medication in the elderly, and retrospectively analyzes the relevant factors which affect the elderly safe medication and focuses the prevention of the improper use of drugs in the elderly and the effective measures for the improvement of the medication compliance in patients so as to assist and guide the elderly to have correct use of drugs and maximally enhance the drug efficacy, reduce the drug adverse reactions and improve the life quality of the elderly people.
