目的：探讨心理护理对数字乳腺摄影检查的成功率、甲级片率、术后诊断符合率的影响。方法：选择2011年10月-2013年5月在我院进行数字乳腺摄影检查128例，随机分为对照组60例、观察组68例。均在数字乳腺摄影时给予常规护理；观察组在此基础上实施舒适心理干预。结果：比较两组患者的检查成功率、甲级片率和术后诊断符合率。观察组检查成功率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对接受数字乳腺摄影检查患者实施舒适有效的心理护理，能缓解患者的焦虑状况，减少应激反应，有利于检查顺利进行，提高照片质量。
목적：탐토심리호리대수자유선섭영검사적성공솔、갑급편솔、술후진단부합솔적영향。방법：선택2011년10월-2013년5월재아원진행수자유선섭영검사128례，수궤분위대조조60례、관찰조68례。균재수자유선섭영시급여상규호리；관찰조재차기출상실시서괄심리간예。결과：비교량조환자적검사성공솔、갑급편솔화술후진단부합솔。관찰조검사성공솔명현고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：대접수수자유선섭영검사환자실시서괄유효적심리호리，능완해환자적초필상황，감소응격반응，유리우검사순리진행，제고조편질량。
Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological nursing care on success lote of digital mammography examination, grade frlming rate, and diaghostic coincidence rate. Methods:128 cases were randomly divided into the control group (60 cases), and the observation group (68 cases). The control group was given routine nursing in digital mammography;while the observation group received comfortable psychological intervention. Results: The success rate, grade filning rate and postoperative diagnosis coincidence rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Comfortable psychological intervention for patients to receive digital mammography examination could alleviate patients’ anxiety, reduce stress reaction, check smoothly, and improve photo quality.
