黄元御《四圣心源》归纳出了“左路木火升发，右路金水敛降，中焦土气斡旋”的“一气周流”理论模型，认为“一气周流”学说切中人体生理的本质，可有效指导临床辨证立法。抑郁症是一种高发性、难治性疾病，临床表现多样，症状复杂，历代医家对其分型繁多。本文从“一气周流”的理论角度探讨抑郁症，认为肾虚、肝郁及中焦脾胃壅滞是影响“一气周流”畅通的关键，会引起症状多样的抑郁症候，从肾、肝、脾胃的角度入手帮助人体恢复一气的流通，从一气周流的角度让人体自然而然进入一个良性循环，提供一种从源头上治疗抑郁症的思路方法。

Huang Yuan-yu summarized Yiqi Zhouliu theoretical pattern from Sisheng Xinyuan, which was Zuolu Muhuo Shengfa, Youlu Jinshui Lianjiang, Zhongjiao Tuqi Woxuan. He thought that Yiqi Zhouliu proved the nature of human physiology and effectively guide clinical differentiation. Depression is a kind of high incidence disease and refractory disease, clinical manifestations were complex, and types were classified by ancient physicians. Yiqi Zhouliu was discussed on depression in the article;Shenxu, Ganyu and Zhongjiao Piwei Yongzhi were regarded as the key to affect Yiqi Zhouliu, and could lead to many depressive symptoms. From Shen, Gan and pi to restore Yiqi circulation in body, and our body stepped into a natural circulation. The thought was provided from origin to treat depression.
