目的：观察壮灸神阙穴为主治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：49例女性黄褐斑患者采用辨证壮灸神阙穴法为主，辅以中药面膜外敷，治疗后评价其临床疗效。结果：患者症状有不同程度改善，治疗过程中无明显不良反应，痊愈10例，显效18例，有效15例，无效6例，总有效率为87.8%。结论：以壮灸神阙为主治疗黄褐斑疗效显著，无明显不良反应。
목적：관찰장구신궐혈위주치료황갈반적림상료효。방법：49례녀성황갈반환자채용변증장구신궐혈법위주，보이중약면막외부，치료후평개기림상료효。결과：환자증상유불동정도개선，치료과정중무명현불량반응，전유10례，현효18례，유효15례，무효6례，총유효솔위87.8%。결론：이장구신궐위주치료황갈반료효현저，무명현불량반응。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of acupuncture of Zhuang minority medicine at Shenque Xue on chloasma. Methods: 49 patients were given acupuncture of Zhuang minority medicine at Shenque Xue plus TCM facial mask, and efficacy was analyzed. Results:Clinical symptoms were improved, and there were no side effects in the treatment. 10 cases were cured, 18 cases were improved, 15 cases were effective, 6 case were invalid, and the total efficiency was 87.8%. Conclusion: The efficacy of acupuncture of Zhuang minority medicine at Shenque Xue was confirmed without obvious side effects.
