实践证明,实施煤炭保水开采,不但可以保护矿区水资源,而且可以大大减小因为矿井水排放对矿区生态环境的污染,兼顾了经济、社会、生态三大效益。本文系统分析了台格庙矿区的水文地质条件、含隔水层特征及导水裂隙带发育高度,确定首采煤层顶部隔水层为煤矿保水开采的隔水关键层,提出了安定组隔水层以上的含水层坚决保护,安定组隔水层以下的含水层充分利用的思路进行保水开采工作。
實踐證明,實施煤炭保水開採,不但可以保護礦區水資源,而且可以大大減小因為礦井水排放對礦區生態環境的汙染,兼顧瞭經濟、社會、生態三大效益。本文繫統分析瞭檯格廟礦區的水文地質條件、含隔水層特徵及導水裂隙帶髮育高度,確定首採煤層頂部隔水層為煤礦保水開採的隔水關鍵層,提齣瞭安定組隔水層以上的含水層堅決保護,安定組隔水層以下的含水層充分利用的思路進行保水開採工作。

Practice has proved that, implementation of water retention coal mining not only can protect Mine Water Resources but also can greatly reduce the pollution of ecological environment by discharge of mining water. It takes into account the economic, social and ecological benefits. This paper systematically analyzes the hydrogeological conditions, aquifer and aquifuge characteristics and the development height of Water Flowing Fractured Zone of the Taigemiao mining area. Determine the First-mined Seams of aquifuge as the key stratum of aquifuge in coal mining water conservation. This paper puts forward that the aquifer above the diazepam group should strongly protect, the aquifer under the diazepam group should make full use of it.
