目的:通过在肾虚型牙周炎大鼠建模过程中给予电针刺激“足三里”穴与非经非穴点,观察牙槽骨吸收值的变化,探讨电针“足三里”穴对大鼠牙周炎形成的预防作用。方法:36只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(N组)、足三里组(P1组)和非经非穴组(P2组),3组均以牙颈部钢丝结扎+肌注醋酸泼尼松龙法制备肾虚型牙周炎大鼠模型。从开始制备模型起,N组不作任何处理,P1组同时给与电针刺激“足三里”穴,P2组则电针刺激“足三里”穴旁外1cm非经非穴点。结果:实验开始1、2、3周时各组牙槽骨吸收值分别为N组:(2.92±0.42)mm、(4.44±0.30)mm、(4.72±0.27)mm,P1组:(0.91±0.58)mm、(1.46±0.93)mm、(2.08±0.77)mm,P2组:(2.84±0.65)mm、(4.21±0.42)mm、(4.51±0.19)mm。1周时各组牙槽骨吸收值之间无差别,2周、3周时P1组牙槽骨吸收值均分别小于N组、P2组(P<0.05),N组、P2组之间无差别。结论:电针“足三里”穴可以减轻肾虚型牙周炎大鼠在建模过程中牙槽骨吸收程度,电针非经非穴点无此作用。

목적:통과재신허형아주염대서건모과정중급여전침자격“족삼리”혈여비경비혈점,관찰아조골흡수치적변화,탐토전침“족삼리”혈대대서아주염형성적예방작용。방법:36지SD대서수궤분위대조조(N조)、족삼리조(P1조)화비경비혈조(P2조),3조균이아경부강사결찰+기주작산발니송룡법제비신허형아주염대서모형。종개시제비모형기,N조불작임하처리,P1조동시급여전침자격“족삼리”혈,P2조칙전침자격“족삼리”혈방외1cm비경비혈점。결과:실험개시1、2、3주시각조아조골흡수치분별위N조:(2.92±0.42)mm、(4.44±0.30)mm、(4.72±0.27)mm,P1조:(0.91±0.58)mm、(1.46±0.93)mm、(2.08±0.77)mm,P2조:(2.84±0.65)mm、(4.21±0.42)mm、(4.51±0.19)mm。1주시각조아조골흡수치지간무차별,2주、3주시P1조아조골흡수치균분별소우N조、P2조(P<0.05),N조、P2조지간무차별。결론:전침“족삼리”혈가이감경신허형아주염대서재건모과정중아조골흡수정도,전침비경비혈점무차작용。
Objective:To observe changes of alveolar bone absorption values and to discuss the preventive action of EA at Zusanli on periodontitis. Methods:36 rats were randomly divided into the control group (N group), the Zusanli group (P1 group) and the Feijing Feixue group (P2 group), three groups were given Tooth neck ligation+prednisolone acetate injection, while the P1 group was given EA at Zusanli more, the P2 group was given EA at Feijing Feixue. Results:The alveolar bone absorption values in the first, second, third week in the N group were (2.92±0.42) mm, (4.44±0.30) mm, (4.72±0.27) mm;while in the P1 group were (0.91±0.58) mm, (1.46±0.93) mm, (2.08±0.77) mm;in the P1 group were (2.84±0.65) mm, (4.21±0.42) mm, (4.51±0.19) mm. In the first week, there was no significant difference between three groups, in the second, third week, alveolar bone absorption values in the P1 group was significantly lower than the N group and the P2 group (P<0.05), but no difference between the N group and the P2 group. Conclusion:EA at Zusanli could improve the level of alveolar bone absorption.
