目的:探讨符合线路单光子发射计算机断层成像术(SPECT)/CT融合图像对全身骨显像单发“热区”鉴别诊断的临床价值。方法对50例恶性肿瘤患者全身骨显像单发“热区”进行符合线路 SPECT/CT检查。通过与病理学检查、CT、MRI检查及6个月以上随访的结果进行比较,计算 SPECT、同机 CT及 SPECT/CT的灵敏度、特异度及准确性。结果 SPECT显像诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确性分别为94%、23%、63%;同机 CT的灵敏度、特异度、准确性分别为47%、87%、66%;SPECT/CT的灵敏度、特异度、准确性分别为95%、80%、88%。SPECT/CT诊断的特异度及准确性显著高于 SPECT(P<0.05),同时灵敏度及准确性显著高于同机CT(P<0.05)。结论符合线路 SPECT/CT融合图像可显著提高对骨显像单发“热区”诊断的灵敏度、特异度及准确性,具有较高的临床应用价值。
目的:探討符閤線路單光子髮射計算機斷層成像術(SPECT)/CT融閤圖像對全身骨顯像單髮“熱區”鑒彆診斷的臨床價值。方法對50例噁性腫瘤患者全身骨顯像單髮“熱區”進行符閤線路 SPECT/CT檢查。通過與病理學檢查、CT、MRI檢查及6箇月以上隨訪的結果進行比較,計算 SPECT、同機 CT及 SPECT/CT的靈敏度、特異度及準確性。結果 SPECT顯像診斷的靈敏度、特異度、準確性分彆為94%、23%、63%;同機 CT的靈敏度、特異度、準確性分彆為47%、87%、66%;SPECT/CT的靈敏度、特異度、準確性分彆為95%、80%、88%。SPECT/CT診斷的特異度及準確性顯著高于 SPECT(P<0.05),同時靈敏度及準確性顯著高于同機CT(P<0.05)。結論符閤線路 SPECT/CT融閤圖像可顯著提高對骨顯像單髮“熱區”診斷的靈敏度、特異度及準確性,具有較高的臨床應用價值。
목적:탐토부합선로단광자발사계산궤단층성상술(SPECT)/CT융합도상대전신골현상단발“열구”감별진단적림상개치。방법대50례악성종류환자전신골현상단발“열구”진행부합선로 SPECT/CT검사。통과여병이학검사、CT、MRI검사급6개월이상수방적결과진행비교,계산 SPECT、동궤 CT급 SPECT/CT적령민도、특이도급준학성。결과 SPECT현상진단적령민도、특이도、준학성분별위94%、23%、63%;동궤 CT적령민도、특이도、준학성분별위47%、87%、66%;SPECT/CT적령민도、특이도、준학성분별위95%、80%、88%。SPECT/CT진단적특이도급준학성현저고우 SPECT(P<0.05),동시령민도급준학성현저고우동궤CT(P<0.05)。결론부합선로 SPECT/CT융합도상가현저제고대골현상단발“열구”진단적령민도、특이도급준학성,구유교고적림상응용개치。
Objective To evaluate the differentiating diagnosis value of coincidence SPECT/CT fusion imaging used in the soli-tary“hotspots”in the whole body bone imaging.Methods Fifty patients with malignancy were selected to have examination.the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of these imaging methods were calculated by contrasting the pathology examination,CT and MRI examination,more than 6 months follow-up results between the cases.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of SPECT imaging were 94%,23%,and 63%,respectively,and that of CT were 47%,87%,66%;the sensitivity,specificity and accu-racy of SPECT/CT were 95%,80%,88%,respectively.The specificity and accuracy of SPECT/CT was significantly higher than SPECT(P<0.05)and its sensitivity and accuracy was higher than that of CT(P<0.05).Conclusion Coincidence SPECT/CT hy-brid imaging could raise the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of diagnosis of solitary“hotspot”in whole bone imaging,which is of high clinical application value.
