目的：通过与内镜双乳晕径路甲状腺手术（BBAET）临床疗效的对比，探讨内镜双乳晕同侧腋窝径路甲状腺手术（BBIAA）的安全性及可行性。方法回顾性分析2012年8月~2014年8月行BBIAA与BBAET进行单侧甲状腺切除的各25例临床资料，比较两组的手术时间、出血量、手术分离皮瓣的面积、术后第1天引流量、术后住院时间、术后第1天VAS疼痛评分、术后并发症等指标。结果两组的手术时间、出血量、手术分离皮瓣的面积、术后第1天引流量、术后住院时间、术后第1天VAS疼痛评分、术后并发症均没有显著差异。结论与内镜甲状腺手术（BBAET）相比，BBIAA是安全的、可行的，具有美容、疼痛轻、易推广的优点，可以作为BBAET的替代手术方式。
목적：통과여내경쌍유훈경로갑상선수술（BBAET）림상료효적대비，탐토내경쌍유훈동측액와경로갑상선수술（BBIAA）적안전성급가행성。방법회고성분석2012년8월~2014년8월행BBIAA여BBAET진행단측갑상선절제적각25례림상자료，비교량조적수술시간、출혈량、수술분리피판적면적、술후제1천인류량、술후주원시간、술후제1천VAS동통평분、술후병발증등지표。결과량조적수술시간、출혈량、수술분리피판적면적、술후제1천인류량、술후주원시간、술후제1천VAS동통평분、술후병발증균몰유현저차이。결론여내경갑상선수술（BBAET）상비，BBIAA시안전적、가행적，구유미용、동통경、역추엄적우점，가이작위BBAET적체대수술방식。
Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of BBIAA, the clinic effect of endoscopic thyroidectomy by BBAET and BBIAA was compared. Methods From August 2012 to August 2014,50 patients with thyroid diseases un-derwent endoscopic thyroidectomy by BBAET and BBIAA. Two groups of clinical datas such as operative time, blood loss,drainage amounts,complications,hospital stay,area of skin flap,postoperative visualanalog pain score (VAPS) were compared and analyzed. Results There were no significantly differences in operative time, blood loss, drainage amounts,complications,hospital stay,area of skin flap,postoperative visualanalog pain score between group BBIAA and group BBAET. Conclusion Compared with BBAET, BBIAA is a safe and effective method that gives good surgical completeness, minimal invasion. Therefore,BBIAA is a good method to take the place of BBAET.
