目的：评价臭氧骶管注射配合自拟中药方治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2013年10月~2014年8月本院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者71例，随机分为两组，其中观察组36例，采用臭氧骶管注射配合自拟中药方口服治疗，对照组35例，采用传统封闭药物经骶管注射，配合双氯芬酸钠缓释片口服，两组均治疗3周，为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察并比较两组的总有效率和VAS评分。结果观察组的总有效率为86.11%，对照组为62.86%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组的VAS评分为(2.11±0.45)分，对照组为(3.01±0.61)分，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧骶管注射配合自拟中药方治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果好，能有效缓解疼痛，值得临床推广。

목적：평개취양저관주사배합자의중약방치료요추간반돌출증적림상효과。방법선취2013년10월~2014년8월본원수치적요추간반돌출증환자71례，수궤분위량조，기중관찰조36례，채용취양저관주사배합자의중약방구복치료，대조조35례，채용전통봉폐약물경저관주사，배합쌍록분산납완석편구복，량조균치료3주，위1개료정，1개료정후관찰병비교량조적총유효솔화VAS평분。결과관찰조적총유효솔위86.11%，대조조위62.86%，량조비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조적VAS평분위(2.11±0.45)분，대조조위(3.01±0.61)분，량조비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론취양저관주사배합자의중약방치료요추간반돌출증적림상효과호，능유효완해동통，치득림상추엄。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ozone caudal injection combined with the self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods 71 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from October 2013 to August 2014 were randomly divided into two groups.For 36 patients in the obser-vation group,and they were given ozone caudal injection combined with the self-made traditional Chinese medicine pre-scription took orally.For 35 patients in the control group,and they were given traditional closed drug by caudal injection with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets took orally.The two groups were both treated for three weeks as a course of treatment,after one course of treatment,the total effective rate and VAS score in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate was 86.11% of the observation group,the total effective rate was 62.86%of the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05);the VAS score was (2.11±0.45) points of the observation group,and the VAS score was (3.01±0.61) of the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Ozone caudal injection with the self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription treating lumbar disc herniation has good clinical effect,and it can effectively relieve pain,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
