目的：探讨全程护理干预在乳腺癌放疗中的应用效果。方法选取2013年2月~2014年1月本院收治的142例乳腺癌放疗患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组(72例)和对照组(70例)，对照组采用常规护理模式，研究组实施全程护理。比较两组的生存质量和局部皮肤不良反应发生情况。结果研究组放疗后的生存质量评分显著高于放疗前及对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组的3+4度局部皮肤损伤比例为8.3%，显著低于对照组的37.1%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论全程护理干预在乳腺癌放疗中的效果显著，能够改善患者的心理与生理负面因素，提高生存质量，减少皮肤损伤。
목적：탐토전정호리간예재유선암방료중적응용효과。방법선취2013년2월~2014년1월본원수치적142례유선암방료환자작위연구대상，수궤분위연구조(72례)화대조조(70례)，대조조채용상규호리모식，연구조실시전정호리。비교량조적생존질량화국부피부불량반응발생정황。결과연구조방료후적생존질량평분현저고우방료전급대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。연구조적3+4도국부피부손상비례위8.3%，현저저우대조조적37.1%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론전정호리간예재유선암방료중적효과현저，능구개선환자적심리여생리부면인소，제고생존질량，감소피부손상。
Objective To explore the application effect of all-around nursing intervention in the radiotherapy of breast cancer. Methods 142 cases of breast cancer treated with radiotherapy from February 2013 to January 2014 in our hos-pital were selected and randomly divided into the study group (72 cases) and the control group (70 cases).The control group was given conventional care model,the study group was given all-around nursing.The situation of quality of life and local cutaneous adverse reactions in the two groups was compared reapectively. Results The score of quality of life in study group after radiotherapy was significantly higher than that before radiotherapy and the control group after ra-diotherapy,with significant difference(P<0.01).The proportion of 3+4 degrees of local skin injury in the study group was 8.3%,which was significantly lower than 37.1% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion The application effect of all-around nursing intervention in the radiotherapy of breast cancer is significant,which can improve the psychological and physiological negative factors of patients,improve the quality of life,reduce skin damage.
