目的：探讨痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)术后高锰酸钾溶液保留灌肠的临床价值。方法对2012年3月~2014年3月符合条件需要行PPH者200例随机分为高锰酸钾溶液组(100例)和九华痔疮栓组(100例)，比较两组并发症发生情况、术后住院时间及药物费用。结果两组术后5d、1个月的并发症发生率比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组术后6个月的并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组术后住院时间及术后药物费用比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PPH术后高锰酸钾溶液保留灌肠具有疗效确切、使用方便、治疗费用低的优点。
목적：탐토치상점막배절술(PPH)술후고맹산갑용액보류관장적림상개치。방법대2012년3월~2014년3월부합조건수요행PPH자200례수궤분위고맹산갑용액조(100례)화구화치창전조(100례)，비교량조병발증발생정황、술후주원시간급약물비용。결과량조술후5d、1개월적병발증발생솔비교，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)；량조술후6개월적병발증발생솔비교，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；량조술후주원시간급술후약물비용비교，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 PPH술후고맹산갑용액보류관장구유료효학절、사용방편、치료비용저적우점。
Objective To investigate clinical value of potassium permanganate solution retention enema after procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH). Methods 200 patients with required for PPH from March 2012 to March 2014 were randomly divided into potassium permanganate solution group(100 cases) and Jiuhua suppository for hemorrhoids group (100 cases).Postoperative complication,hospitalization time and drug cost of two groups were compared. Results After 5 d,1 months of operation,incidence rate of complication in two groups was compared respectively,with statistical differ-ence(P<0.05).After 6 months of operation,incidence rate of complication in two groups was compared,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Postoperative hospitalization time and drug cost of two groups was compared respectively,with statis-tical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Potassium permanganate solution retention enema after PPH has the advantages of definite curative effect,convenient use,low treatment cost.
