目的:了解动物源性大肠埃希菌超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的检出率和耐药特点,为其耐药性的安全评价提供依据。方法采用NCCLS推荐的表型检测法和确认试验测定大肠埃希菌ESBLs,纸片扩散法测定大肠埃希菌的耐药性。结果222株大肠埃希菌对环丙沙星(83.78%)、诺氟沙星(92.79%)、利福平(81.08%)的耐药率很高;对阿米卡星、亚胺培南高度敏感。 ESBLs检出率为12.16%(27/222),产ESBLs菌株除对亚胺培南外其余13种抗生素的耐药率均高于非产ESBLs菌株。结论动物源性大肠埃希菌对很多抗生素具有一定的耐药性,应加强对食品中动物源性大肠埃希菌耐药性的监测。

Objective To investigate the detection rate and the drug resistant characteristic of ESBLs on Escherichia coli of animal origin in order to provide a basis for the safety evaluation of drug resistance. Methods ESBLs of Es-cherichia coli was detected by phenotype detection method and confirmatory test recommended by NCCLS.Drug resis-tance of Escherichia coli was detected by disk diffusion method. Results The drug resistant rates of 222 Escherichia coli strains on ciprofloxacin(83.78%),noroxin(92.79%)and rifampicin(81.08%)were quite high,while the strains were high sensitive to amikacin and imine culture south.The detection rate of ESBLs was 12.16%(27/222).In addition to imipen-em,the drug resistant rate of ESBLs-producing strains on 13 kinds of antimicrobials was much higher than that of non-ESBLs-producing strains respectively. Conclusion Escherichia coli of animal origin have certain resistance to a great many antibiotics.It should strengthen the monitoring of drug resistance on Escherichia coli of animal origin in the food.
