目的:分析市售槐花炮制品的质量,掌握槐花炮制品的总体质量状况。方法参照2010年版《中国药典》(一部)“槐花”项下方法,对市售炒槐花、槐花炭、炒槐米、槐米炭的各个项目进行检测。结果炒槐花、槐花炭、炒槐米、槐米炭的水分分别为4.22%、4.20%、6.10%、3.28%;总灰分分别为14.40%、26.48%、6.06%、7.64%;酸不溶性灰分分别为6.65%、14.88%、0.12%、0.69%;浸出物分别为41.76%、22.72%、53.02%、45.03%;总黄酮分别为9.90%、3.58%、21.32%、6.86%;芦丁分别为6.7%、4.3%、18.9%、2.4%。结论市售槐花不同炮制品质量的分析检测,表明市售槐花炮制品的质量差异较大,规范其炮制工艺的重要性,也为槐花炮制品质量标准的制订或修订提供科学性、可行性的依据。

목적:분석시수괴화포제품적질량,장악괴화포제품적총체질량상황。방법삼조2010년판《중국약전》(일부)“괴화”항하방법,대시수초괴화、괴화탄、초괴미、괴미탄적각개항목진행검측。결과초괴화、괴화탄、초괴미、괴미탄적수분분별위4.22%、4.20%、6.10%、3.28%;총회분분별위14.40%、26.48%、6.06%、7.64%;산불용성회분분별위6.65%、14.88%、0.12%、0.69%;침출물분별위41.76%、22.72%、53.02%、45.03%;총황동분별위9.90%、3.58%、21.32%、6.86%;호정분별위6.7%、4.3%、18.9%、2.4%。결론시수괴화불동포제품질량적분석검측,표명시수괴화포제품적질량차이교대,규범기포제공예적중요성,야위괴화포제품질량표준적제정혹수정제공과학성、가행성적의거。
Objective To analyse quality of commercially available Sophora japonica fireworks products in order to grasp the overall quality of Sophora japonica fireworks products. Methods The projects of commercially fried Sophorae japonica,carbon Sophorae japonica,fried Sophorae flos and carbon Sophorae flos were detected by referencing "Sophora japonica" under the method of China Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition. Results In fried Sophorae japonica,carbon Sophorae japonica,fried Sophorae flos and carbon Sophorae flos,moisture content was 4.22%,4.20%,6.10%,3.28% respectively;to-tal ash content was 14.40%,26.48%,6.06%,7.64% respectively;acid insoluble ash content was 6.65%,14.88%,0.12%, 0.69% respectively;extract was 41.76%,22.72%,53.02%,45.03% respectively;total flavonoids was 9.90%,3.58%,21.32%, 6.86% respectively;rutin was 6.7%,4.3%,18.9%,2.4% respectively. Conclusion The analysis and detection of quality commercially available in different Sophora japonica fireworks products show that quality difference of commercially available Sophora japonica fireworks products are bigger.The importance of processing technology should be standard-ized for the establishment or revision of quality standard on Sophora japonica fireworks products to provide the basis of a scientific and feasible.
