目的:通过对正在实习的医学院4个专业学生的调查,了解医学生对毕业实习的认识和态度,为提高医学生毕业实习效果提供对策。方法对西藏大学299名正在实习的学生进行调查,数据录入Epidata3.1并导入SPSS18.0统计软件进行χ2检验等统计分析。结果男女生对自己分配到的实习单位的满意程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在对毕业实习的目的的认识上,女生认为毕业实习为学以致用的比例为63.8%,显著高于男生的55.0%(P<0.05);不同性别的学生对毕业实习态度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),男生比起女生更能以积极的态度对待毕业实习。结论加强毕业生实习前教育,适当调整毕业实习策略,使学生在不同单位分段实习。

Objective To know about the cognition and attitude of graduate interns to intership by investigating 4 medical college students belonging to different medical majors during the internship, so as to improve and provide strategy for the intern effects of medical graduate.Methods 299 students who had internship in Tibet university were investigated, datas were recorded in Epidata3.1 and analyzed byχ2 test through SPSS 18.0. Results The differences of satisfaction degree for the internship units between boys and girls were statistically significant (P<0.01); In the aspect of cognition for internship aims, ratio of holding the point that internship was where we put what we learn into usage in girls (63.8%) was significantly higher than boys (55.0%)(P<0.05); There were significant differences in the internship attitude between boys and girls (P<0.05),boys were usually more positive.Conclusion It’s better that strengthen pre-intership education, adjust the strategy properly, and get students complete internship segmentally in different units.
