目的：探讨七氟醚或丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床疗效。方法对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者临床治疗病例进行抽样，将60例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者病例按照抽签法随机均分为对照组与治疗组（n=30）。对照组采用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉，观察组采用七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉治疗。观察2组患者麻醉效果。结果2组腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者经过药物麻醉之后，观察组腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者麻醉效果明显优于对照组。2组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术中效果显著，术后患者清醒时间明显加快，还可以有效抑制患者应激反应的出现，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토칠불미혹병박분복합서분태니마취응용우복강경담낭절제술적림상료효。방법대복강경담낭절제술환자림상치료병례진행추양，장60례복강경담낭절제술환자병례안조추첨법수궤균분위대조조여치료조（n=30）。대조조채용병박분복합서분태니마취，관찰조채용칠불미복합서분태니마취치료。관찰2조환자마취효과。결과2조복강경담낭절제술환자경과약물마취지후，관찰조복강경담낭절제술환자마취효과명현우우대조조。2조차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론칠불미복합서분태니마취응용우복강경담낭절제술중효과현저，술후환자청성시간명현가쾌，환가이유효억제환자응격반응적출현，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To discusses sevoflurane and propofol compound rui fentanyl anesthesia applied in the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Clinical cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients sampling, the 60 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the draw method were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group.The control group using propofol compound fentanyl anesthesia, observation group with sevoflurane compound fentanyl anesthesia treatment.Observe two groups of patients with anesthesia effects.Results Two groups of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy after drug anesthesia, observation group of 30 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy anesthesia effect is superior to control group of 30 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy anesthetic effect.Two groups of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy anesthesia effect had significant differences, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients using sevoflurane composite rui fentanyl anesthesia used in laparoscopic cholecystectomy effect is very significant, postoperative patients awake time obviously accelerated, it also can effectively suppress the occurrence of stress reaction, patients with worth for clinical application.
