目的：研究医学影像在腹部实质性脏器损伤中的临床应用价值。方法搜集腹部实质性脏器损伤100例患者，采用X线、CT、B超及腹腔穿刺等进行检查，对所有患者的临床及影像资料进行分析整理，确定患者的损伤类型与影像表现。结果腹部单一脏器损伤51例，多脏器损伤49例，其中单一脏器损伤包括肝损伤、脾脏损伤以及肾损伤，分别有17例、19例、15例。结论医学影像在腹部实质性脏器损伤诊断与治疗中具有很高的临床应用价值。

목적：연구의학영상재복부실질성장기손상중적림상응용개치。방법수집복부실질성장기손상100례환자，채용X선、CT、B초급복강천자등진행검사，대소유환자적림상급영상자료진행분석정리，학정환자적손상류형여영상표현。결과복부단일장기손상51례，다장기손상49례，기중단일장기손상포괄간손상、비장손상이급신손상，분별유17례、19례、15례。결론의학영상재복부실질성장기손상진단여치료중구유흔고적림상응용개치。
Objective To study the medical image application in the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal visceral injury.Methods Selection 100 cases of abdominal visceral injury patients, CT, B ultrasonic and abdominal puncture for inspection, to analyze the clinical data of all patients and determine the types of injury patients.Results The damage types and case are: single visceral injury with multiple organs, there were 51 cases with 49 cases; One single visceral injury include damage liver damage, spleen and kidney damage, there were 17 cases, 19 cases, 15 cases.Conclusion Medical imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal visceral injury are of great value in clinical application.
