基于一例自杀未遂妇女个案的介入经验，从社会工作、心理学的视角分析个案问题的成因，反思心理学知识和技术在社会工作服务中的进程控制、社工角色、成效评估等环节的影响。人的问题和需要非常多样，在介入此类求助者的时候，不能够以单一的视角来进行，社工必须学会利用和整合心理学的理论和技术，结合实际情况的变化，随时调整对策。

Based on an example of a woman who attempted to commit suicide,authors analyze the factors from social work and phychology and think about the phychology knowledge as well as techniques,which have a great influence on social work service, including process control,role of social worker,effectiveness evaluation and etc.. The clients have various troubles and needs. When taking over these clients,we should integrate and make full use of the theories and techniques of phychology instead of following in single perspective,combine changes of the cases in order to adjust better solutions. At the same time,social workers cannot control the cases from single perspective,they should make full interaction with the clients and follow the change in demand and the cases.
