中国意识就是用中国思维来研究中国的民族精神问题,凸显真正的中国精神;实践意识就是学术研究既要为实践服务,也要以实践经验为基础,更要在具体的社会实践活动中践行、示范、培育民族精神;当下意识就是民族精神如何关照当下问题,以及如何获得当下样态。在全球化趋势下弘扬与培育中华民族精神,关键在以三种意识为基本价值标准、基本实现路径和基本目标定位,构建文化知识、思想理论的教育与政治经济生活水平提高相结合,中国经验传承与普世价值发掘相结合,民族学术话语形式与西方现代学术工具相结合,学术研究与社会普及相结合,公共文化体系保障与市场经营机制相结合,传统工艺与现代技术相结合,个人自由表达与大众互动参与相结合的,覆盖全社会的新型管理体制与运行机制。

What the so‐called Chinese Awareness is to study Chinese national spirit problems with Chi‐nese thinking style to highlight the true Chinese spirit ;the Practical Awareness means that the academic re‐search should not only serve the practice but stem from it to demonstrate and cultivate the national spirit with the specific social practice activities;the Actual Awareness refers to how the national spirit takes at‐tention to the actual problems and keeps itself with the relevant state. These three kinds of awareness are the basic value standards ,targets and methodology to cultivate and promote the Chinese national spirit un‐der the influence of globalization in order to build the new management system and operation mechanism with the following combinations :the cultural and ideological education with the improved political and eco‐nomic living standards ;the inherited Chinese experience with the explored universal values the national ac‐ademic discourse with Western modern academic tools;academic research with social popularity ;the public cultural service system with the operational market mechanism traditional crafts with modern technology ;individual expression freedom with public interactive participation.
