从聚维酮碘的理化性能、杀菌和灭瘤作用机制、在外科腹腔冲洗中预防和治疗感染、消灭肿瘤及细胞毒性方面，对聚维酮碘溶液在外科手术腹腔冲洗中应用的研究现状进行综述，认为对聚维酮碘溶液在腹腔内的使用浓度尚未给出统一定论，未见对聚维酮碘溶液腹腔使用的安全性及腹膜组织影响的相关研究报道。
從聚維酮碘的理化性能、殺菌和滅瘤作用機製、在外科腹腔遲洗中預防和治療感染、消滅腫瘤及細胞毒性方麵，對聚維酮碘溶液在外科手術腹腔遲洗中應用的研究現狀進行綜述，認為對聚維酮碘溶液在腹腔內的使用濃度尚未給齣統一定論，未見對聚維酮碘溶液腹腔使用的安全性及腹膜組織影響的相關研究報道。
종취유동전적이화성능、살균화멸류작용궤제、재외과복강충세중예방화치료감염、소멸종류급세포독성방면，대취유동전용액재외과수술복강충세중응용적연구현상진행종술，인위대취유동전용액재복강내적사용농도상미급출통일정론，미견대취유동전용액복강사용적안전성급복막조직영향적상관연구보도。
From the aspects of the physicochemical properties,sterilization and killing tumor mechanism,pre-vention and treatment of infection in surgical peritoneal irrigation,tumor eradication and cytotoxicity of povi-done iodine,it reviewed the research status quo of application of povidone iodine solution in the surgical perito-neal irrigation.It considered that the use concentration of povidone iodine solution in surgical peritoneal irriga-tion didn’t have a definitive conclusion,and the relevant research reports didn’t occur on usage security of povi-done iodine solution in abdominal cavity and its effects for peritoneal tissue.
