采用简单易行的实验装置,在380~400℃条件下,以氯化锌、氯化铝为催化剂对蛇皮袋类聚丙烯进行降解。降解得到的产品通过与标准90#汽油对比的方法进行表征,结果表明在各峰值数据相同,定性为汽油。将产生的尾气通入氢氧化钠池处理除去氯化氢、硫化氢等有害物质,减少空气污染,达到再生利用目的。

Using simple experimental apparatus,under the condition of 380 ~ 400 ℃ ,the zinc chloride and aluminium chloride were used as catalysts for polypropylene snakeskin bag degradation. Degradation products were characterized by the method of comparison with standard 90# gasoline,the results showed that all of the characterized peaks consistent with gasoline,so it was characterized as gasoline. Take the exhaust gas generated in the process NaOH to remove chloride、hydrogen sulfide and other harmful substances,Exhaust gas generated through treatment to remove chloride、hydrogen sulfide and other harmful substances into sodium hydroxide tank,reduce air pollution,to achieve the purpose of recycling.
