丙二酸二乙酯是重要的有机合成中间体,在医药、香料、染料等工业有重要用途。传统的生产工艺含氰废水和高复盐废液无法处理。现在新的工艺,大多处于理论或小试阶段还不能达到工业发展的需要。通过对现在传统工艺改进,加入碱解工艺,更加环保,避免了含氰废水、高复盐废液的产生,非常有利于工业化的进行。

Diethyl malonate is an important organic synthetic intermediate and has important use in medicine,spices,dye and other industrial. The traditional production process to produce cyanide containing waste water and high salt wastewater cannot be processed. Now most of new process are not in need to achieve industrial development theories or experimental stage. By improving of now traditional technology,adding alkali solution process,more environmental protection,avoid the cyanide containing wastewater,highcomplex salt waste liquid produced,are very good for industrialization.
