近年来，伴随着信息技术的高速发展，数据成为促进现代经济社会发展的关键因素。发达国家纷纷将大数据纳入国家战略，加快大数据布局。在此背景下，纵观全球大数据产业发展现状，不难发现发达国家都将大数据纳入到国家战略，纷纷加快大数据布局，大数据产业链日趋完善，市场前景十分广阔。大数据之所以具有重要的战略地位，是因为数据已成为促进现代社会经济发展的关键因素。鉴于此，我国要加快实施大数据国家战略，加快数据开放共享步伐，制定有力的数据安全保障体系，积极推进科技应用创新，尽快形成产业链协同创新的生态环境。

In this context , by viewing the status of the global big data industry, it is not difficult to find that the developed countries have incorporated the big data into the national strategy and have accelerated the layout of the big data. The big data chain is more complete and market prospects are broad. The reason why big data has an important strategic position is that the data has become a key factor in promoting modern social and economic development. In view of this, China should accelerate the implementation of the national strategy for large data to accelerate the pace of open data, develop effective data security system, actively promote the application of technology innovation and form a chain collaborative innovation environment as soon as possible.
