高校和企业是产学研合作的两大主体,文章基于单案例纵向研究,从网络、期刊等媒介间接地收集并整理了河南农业大学校企合作等发展资料,对河南农业大学由简单合作到校企合作一体化深度发展的各个阶段进行分析,提出了校企协同创新的深化发展离不开驱动要素的支持的结论。通过采用扎根理论方法,对每个阶段的驱动因素进行筛选与编码分析,研究发现:校企协同的驱动要素包括人力资本、技术创新、战略创新、平台建设、资金支持、文化观念六个驱动因素,并且贯穿于各个阶段。其中,人力资本是关键,技术集成是核心,平台建设是基础,创新环境、资金支持是能动因素,战略集成、文化观念是导向。校企协同创新的建设要注重各个驱动要素的集成,整合优势资源以实现共享。

Universities and enterprises are two main parts of university-enterprise cooperation. Based on the longitudinal study of a single case, this article indirectly collected and collated the development information of Henan Agricultural University enterprise cooperation from the network, journals and other media. It made an analysis of the various stages of school-enterprise cooperation from the simple to the integration in depth and proposed that school-enterprise collaborative innovation development is inseparable from the support of the driving elements. The paper analyzed the driving factors for each stage by using grounded theory methods and coding methods and the results showed that university-enterprise cooperative driving factors include human capital, technological innovation, strategic innovation, platform construction, financial support and cultural attitudes and all the factors were effective throughout all phases. Among those factors, human capital is the key, technology integration is the core, platform is the foundation, the innovation environment and financial support are the dynamic factors, strategic and Cultural attitudes are oriented. Thus, university-enterprise collaborative innovation should focus on integration of the various elements to achieve sharing.
