近年来，贪官落马的案件不断冲击人们的眼球。其中以非财产性利益贿赂的现象最为严重，但现行刑法规定的贿赂范围却难以应对当前花样繁多的贿赂犯罪。非财产性利益贿赂在一定程度上对社会危害性和持续性远远超过了财物贿赂，更容易滋生腐败。笔者认为非财产性利益贿赂符合犯罪的本质特征，将其立法是大势所趋。
近年來，貪官落馬的案件不斷遲擊人們的眼毬。其中以非財產性利益賄賂的現象最為嚴重，但現行刑法規定的賄賂範圍卻難以應對噹前花樣繁多的賄賂犯罪。非財產性利益賄賂在一定程度上對社會危害性和持續性遠遠超過瞭財物賄賂，更容易滋生腐敗。筆者認為非財產性利益賄賂符閤犯罪的本質特徵，將其立法是大勢所趨。
근년래，탐관락마적안건불단충격인문적안구。기중이비재산성이익회뢰적현상최위엄중，단현행형법규정적회뢰범위각난이응대당전화양번다적회뢰범죄。비재산성이익회뢰재일정정도상대사회위해성화지속성원원초과료재물회뢰，경용역자생부패。필자인위비재산성이익회뢰부합범죄적본질특정，장기입법시대세소추。
In recent years, the cases of corrupted officials draw people's attention, among which the phenomenon of non-property inter-ests bribery is the most serious. However, it is difficult for the bribery in current criminal law to deal with all kinds of bribery crimes. To certain extent, the harmfulness and persistence of non-property interests bribery to the society far exceeds belongings bribes, being easy to lead to corruption. The author thinks that the non-property interests bribery conforms to the nature of the crime, so the legisla-tion of the non-property interests is an inevitable trend.
