“教体结合”有利于提高学生运动员的文化教育水平的提高，减轻教练员和领队的众多负担，也能够促进训练水平的提高，同时有利于体育后备英才的选拔和培养，因为学校是竞技体育的基础，也是后备人才选拔的基地，“教体结合”使体育后备人才选拔的范围内增大，本文就教体结合进行研究分析，希望为竞技体育的发展提供一点理论参考。
