高泥化煤泥水中的微细颗粒含量大、颗粒表面电负性强且易水化,是一种稳定的分散体系,传统的混凝剂处理难以满足生产要求。基于扩展的 DLVO 理论选用季铵盐1831作为疏水改性剂,对季铵盐与凝聚剂复配处理煤泥水进行了试验研究,采用正交试验法对复配药剂用量进行了优化。试验结果表明,采用单一药剂或混凝剂处理时,药剂用量大且沉降效果不理想;采用季铵盐与混凝剂复配时,大大减少了药剂用量且沉降效果较好。

Highly muddied coal slurry is a stable dispersion system,containing a large num-ber of fine particles and strong negative charge on particle surfaces with easily hydrated.The tra-ditional coagulant treatment is difficult to meet production requirements.Based on the extended DLVO theory,hyamine 1831 has been chosen as the hydrophobic modification agent that was used in a series of experiments about synergistic effect among hyamine,flocculant and coagulant in the processing of coal slurry.Orthogonal test method has been used in the experiments to opti-mize the match of reagent dosage.The results indicated that when using single agent treatment or coagulant treatment,drug dosage was large and the effect of settlement has not been satisfied. When using the mixture of hyamine and coagulant,drug dosage was decreased greatly and the settling effect of coal slurry has been improved.
