本文以衡水学院为例,探讨了新建本科院校学风建设的教育者主体、教育客体、教育介体三大要素及其相互之间关系规律,我们认为,新建本科院校学风建设要以三要素为抓手,实现以主促客、反客为主、主客体转化。在此基础上,围绕应用型人才培养目标,提出了统筹处理要素关系规律的建议,以供参考。

Based on Hengshui college as an example, this paper discusses the newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities school tradition construction of education subject, education object, education interfaces between the three main factors and their mutual relations law, we think, the newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities school tradition construction should focus on the three elements, and communities in promoting the guest going to implementation to the Lord, subject and object. Based on this, around the applied talents’ training target, put forward the plan as a whole element relation rule's advice, for your reference.
