针对协庄矿1202E 运输巷支护现状,通过现场工业性试验,对相同条件下深部软岩巷道采用原全螺纹钢锚杆支护、淮北高强锚杆支护和高预紧力强力锚杆支护3种支护形式进行对比试验研究,分析了试验结果.试验结果表明,全螺纹钢锚杆支护由于强度低、预紧力小,支护效果差,断面收缩率为45.5%;淮北高强锚杆支护在锚杆受力和控制巷道变形方面有所改善,但还不能满足支护要求;高预紧力强力锚杆强度与刚度大,实现了高预紧力,杜绝了锚杆拉伸破坏,有效控制了顶板离层和两帮位移,顶板离层量小于10 mm,底臌量在300 mm以内,两帮移近量小于200mm,断面收缩率仅为13.6%.因此,相比前两种支护,高预紧力强力锚杆支护能更有效地控制巷道围岩变形发展,提高围岩的稳定性.
針對協莊礦1202E 運輸巷支護現狀,通過現場工業性試驗,對相同條件下深部軟巖巷道採用原全螺紋鋼錨桿支護、淮北高彊錨桿支護和高預緊力彊力錨桿支護3種支護形式進行對比試驗研究,分析瞭試驗結果.試驗結果錶明,全螺紋鋼錨桿支護由于彊度低、預緊力小,支護效果差,斷麵收縮率為45.5%;淮北高彊錨桿支護在錨桿受力和控製巷道變形方麵有所改善,但還不能滿足支護要求;高預緊力彊力錨桿彊度與剛度大,實現瞭高預緊力,杜絕瞭錨桿拉伸破壞,有效控製瞭頂闆離層和兩幫位移,頂闆離層量小于10 mm,底臌量在300 mm以內,兩幫移近量小于200mm,斷麵收縮率僅為13.6%.因此,相比前兩種支護,高預緊力彊力錨桿支護能更有效地控製巷道圍巖變形髮展,提高圍巖的穩定性.

In view of the supporting status in 1202E transportation gateway of Xiezhuang coal mine,through the in-situ industrial test,3 supporting ways of original full-thread steel bolt support,Huaibei high-strength bolt support and high-pretension powerful bolt support adopted in deep soft-rock roadway under the same conditions are researched comparatively,and the re-sults are analyzed.The results show that the full-thread steel bolt support is of low strength,low pretension and has bad supporting effect,and the area reduction of roadway is 45.5 %;the Huai-bei high-strength bolt support does better in the aspect of bolt stress and roadway deformation control,whereas it does not meet the factual supporting demand of the roadway;the high-preten-sion powerful bolt is of high strength,high stiffness and high pretension,and eradicates the ten-sile failure of bolt,which has effectively controlled the roof separation and two ribs displacement:the roof separation is less than 10 mm,the floor heave less than 300 mm,and the convergence of two ribs is less than 200 mm,and the area reduction is only 13.6%.Therefore,compared with the other two supporting ways,the high-pretension powerful bolt support can control the de-formation development of roadway surrounding rock more effectively and obviously improve the stability of roadway surrounding rock.
