In order to overcome the disadvantages of synergy lack in traditional management mode of coal enterprises,on the basis of the synergy management practice of Kailuan Group,the theory and practice system of synergy management in coal mine were put forward creatively, which made underground proj ect life cycle as the main line,after five years of practice this system had achieved great economic and social benefits. The paper introduces connotation,system frame and practice of synergy management in coal mine.
