Currently, teaching reform on Career-oriented in vocational education has been pressed ahead drastically. As a vital elementary course in vocational education, college English should go with the tides. The reform of college English should be oriented towards career. Based on the requirements of the financial posts, this paper explores the improvement of college English teaching content and assessment in the filed of financial specialties, so as to improve the model and concept of college English teaching gradually.
