评价教学质量是为了提高教学质量。以教学目标为依据,制定科学的指标体系和标准,运用有效的技术手段和方法,通过系统、全面地搜集教学信息,在对信息进行科学分析和处理的基础上,对教师教学活动的全过程及其结果进行测定、衡量,做出有价值的判断和评估。本文采取定性与定量相结合的方法,构建教师教学质量评价模型以及指标体系,采取二级指标的方式确定指标体系的权重值,利用层次分析法对指标体系准确地计算,得出能反应教学效果的关键性因素,为教师在教学过程中应该注重哪些环节提出指导性意见。

The evaluation of teaching quality is to improve the quality of teaching. Based on the teaching objectives, the paper has drawn up the scientific index and standard. By using effective technological means, along with collecting the education infor-mation systematically and comprehensively and on basis of the scientific analysis and handling of information, the paper has measured and judged the entire process and result of teachers’ teaching activity during which valuable judgments and evolutions have been made. The paper adopts the qualitative method together with quantitative one, and has established teachers' teaching quality evaluation model and index system. It takes the secondary indicator to confirm the weighed value of target system, while AHP way is utilized to conduct accurate calculation on target system so as to acquire critical factors that can reflect teaching effect, which has provided teachers with instructive advice on which step to pay attention to during the teaching process.
