用高效液相色谱法测定桑葚中芦丁的含量,色谱柱Agilent-C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸(33:67),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长358 nm,进样量20μL,柱温30℃。芦丁在0.0239~0.1197 mg/mL浓度范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系( r=0.9998)。该方法灵敏度高,专属性强,重现性好,适合于桑葚药用的质量控制。

To establish an HPLC method for the determination of rutin in Mori Fructus. The chromato-graphic condition included a Agilent-C18(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)column and the mobile phase con-sisting of methanol-0. 5% phosphate acid(33:67),the detection wavelength was at 358 nm and the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the inkection volume was 20μL and the colum temperature was 30℃. The calibra-tion curve of rutin showed good linearity(r=0. 999 8)in the range of 0. 023 9~0. 119 7 mg/mL. The method has high sensitivity,strong specificity,good reproducibility,and can be used for control of rutin in Mori Fructus.
