通过连续回流法对马齿苋进行提取，经过滤、萃取、洗涤、萃取等提纯，得马齿苋总生物碱精制品，以咖啡因为标准品对马齿苋总生物碱进行紫外含量测。结果表明，在浓度0.05~0.30 mg/mL 范围内线性良好， r=0.99935；平均加样回收率为（98.1±2.4）%；不同产地马齿苋总生物碱含量具有明显的差别，贵州0.090%，四川0.066%，北京0.082%，西安0.059%，马齿苋总生物碱含量贵州＞北京＞四川＞西安。
통과련속회류법대마치현진행제취，경과려、췌취、세조、췌취등제순，득마치현총생물감정제품，이가배인위표준품대마치현총생물감진행자외함량측。결과표명，재농도0.05~0.30 mg/mL 범위내선성량호， r=0.99935；평균가양회수솔위（98.1±2.4）%；불동산지마치현총생물감함량구유명현적차별，귀주0.090%，사천0.066%，북경0.082%，서안0.059%，마치현총생물감함량귀주＞북경＞사천＞서안。
To detected alkaloid in POrtulaca Oleracea l from different regions. The purslane alkaloids were extracted by soxhlet extraction,after filtrated,washed,separated and purificated,and based on reference substance of caffeine the total alkaloids refined products of purslane was detected UV. The result showed that there was a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 05 ~0. 30 mg/mL,r=0. 999 35. The average recovery of caffeine was(98. 1 ± 2. 4)%. The contents of alkaloids in POrtulaca Oleracea l from Guizhou, Sichuan,Beiking and Xi’an were 0. 090%,0. 066%,0. 082% and 0. 059% respectively. Different re-gions had obvious effect on the content of alkaloids in POrtulaca Oleracea l.
