研究了5＇-硝基水杨基荧光酮（5＇-NSAF）-溴化十六烷基三甲胺（CTMAB）-柠檬酸与锌形成配合物的显色反应条件和光度性，建立了光度法测定锌的新方法。结果表明，在pH 9.5 Na2 B4 O7-NaOH的缓冲溶液中，锌与5＇-硝基水杨基荧光酮-CTMAB-柠檬酸能生成稳定的配合物，其最大波长在570 nm，锌的含量在0~0.5μg/mL范围内服从比耳定律，表观摩尔吸光系数为1.2×105 L/（mol·cm）。此方法用于葡萄糖酸锌片样品中锌的测定，回收率为101%~104%，RSD为1.5%~3.4%（N=5）。
연구료5＇-초기수양기형광동（5＇-NSAF）-추화십륙완기삼갑알（CTMAB）-저몽산여자형성배합물적현색반응조건화광도성，건립료광도법측정자적신방법。결과표명，재pH 9.5 Na2 B4 O7-NaOH적완충용액중，자여5＇-초기수양기형광동-CTMAB-저몽산능생성은정적배합물，기최대파장재570 nm，자적함량재0~0.5μg/mL범위내복종비이정률，표관마이흡광계수위1.2×105 L/（mol·cm）。차방법용우포도당산자편양품중자적측정，회수솔위101%~104%，RSD위1.5%~3.4%（N=5）。
A colour reaction of zinc with 5'-nitrosalicylfluorone(5'-NSAF)-CTMAB-citric acid has been studied spectrophotometrically,and new determination method of zinc by spectrophotometry was estab-lished. The results showed that in Na2 B4 O7-NaOH buffer solution of pH 9. 5,the stationary complex of zinc with 5 ’-NSAF-CTMAB-citric acid is formed with the maximum absorption wavelength at 570 nm, Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~0. 5 μg/mL for zinc,the apparent absorption efficient is 1. 2 × 105 L/( mol·cm),this method was used for the determination of zinc in zinc glucose,and the recovery rate is between 101% ~104%. RSDs of five determinations were 1 . 5% ~3 . 4%( N=5 ).
