采用HPLC法测定中药洗发水中红景天活性成分的含量，色谱条件：以十八烷基键合相硅胶为填充剂（150 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm）；以甲醇-水（15：85）为流动相，流速1 mL/min，柱温为室温，检测波长275 nm。结果表明，以红景天苷对照品作标准曲线，在0.036~0.396μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999），加样回收率79.53%。该法简便、灵敏、准确可靠，可用于中药洗发水中红景天苷的含量测定，为制定中药洗发水质量标准提供参考。

To establish a measuring method to determine the active ingredient of RhOdiOla rOsea in herbal shampoo,the contents were determined by HPLC method,chromatography conditions:with eighteen alkyl bonded silica gel filler(150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),methanol:water(15:85)as mobile phase,flow rate was 1 mL/min,column temperature:room temperature,the detection wave length was 275 nm. Results showed salidroside control products for the standard curve,in 0. 036~0. 396 μg good linear relationship (r=0. 999 9),recovery is 79. 53%. The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reliable,can be used for salidroside in herbal shampoo content determination,in order to establish the quality of medicines and provides a reference standard of herbal shampoo.
