使用环氧聚合型扩链剂作为POM/ TPU共混物的相容剂,研究其对POM/TPU共混物的流变性能、力学性能、结晶性能和耐热性的影响。结果表明,添加环氧聚合型扩链剂后,POM/TPU共混物的熔体流动速率先升高然后降低;冲击强度提高,断裂伸长率大幅提高;结晶度先升高后降低;热变形温度提高。

사용배양취합형확련제작위POM/ TPU공혼물적상용제,연구기대POM/TPU공혼물적류변성능、역학성능、결정성능화내열성적영향。결과표명,첨가배양취합형확련제후,POM/TPU공혼물적용체류동속솔선승고연후강저;충격강도제고,단렬신장솔대폭제고;결정도선승고후강저;열변형온도제고。
Using epoxy polymer chain extender as POM/TPU blends’compatibility agent,the effect on the rheological properties,mechanical properties,crystallization properties and heat resistance of POM/TPU blends were studied. Results show that the addition of epoxy polymer chain extender POM/TPU blends melt flow rate first is increased and then reduced;impact strength is improved,elongation at break is increased;crystallinity degree is first increased than lowered;heat distortion temperature is increased.
