目的:了解江苏省2014年新收获小麦的质量现状。方法抽取覆盖全省所有产粮县的917份样品作为试验样品,依据GB 1351-2008《小麦》对新收获小麦的容重、不完善粒、杂质、水分和色泽气味五个质量指标进行检测,其中按照GB/T 5498-2013、GB/T 5497-1985规定的检测方法对小麦的容重、水分进行了测定,依据GB/T 5494-2008、GB/T 5492-2008的检验方法对小麦的杂质、不完善粒和色泽、气味进行了检验、鉴定。结果调查了2014年江苏省13市62县(市、区)新收获小麦的质量,并与近五年小麦的质量状况进行比较。2014年江苏省中等以上小麦占全省96.3%;容重平均值为771 g/L,比前两年增加了近10 g/L;水分平均值为12.5%,为近五年最低;杂质含量0.9%,近五年来变化不大;不完善粒平均值为5.0%,为近三年最低,所有样品的色泽和气味是正常的。结论2014年江苏省小麦总体质量好于往年,其中徐州、宿迁地区小麦整体质量较好。
目的:瞭解江囌省2014年新收穫小麥的質量現狀。方法抽取覆蓋全省所有產糧縣的917份樣品作為試驗樣品,依據GB 1351-2008《小麥》對新收穫小麥的容重、不完善粒、雜質、水分和色澤氣味五箇質量指標進行檢測,其中按照GB/T 5498-2013、GB/T 5497-1985規定的檢測方法對小麥的容重、水分進行瞭測定,依據GB/T 5494-2008、GB/T 5492-2008的檢驗方法對小麥的雜質、不完善粒和色澤、氣味進行瞭檢驗、鑒定。結果調查瞭2014年江囌省13市62縣(市、區)新收穫小麥的質量,併與近五年小麥的質量狀況進行比較。2014年江囌省中等以上小麥佔全省96.3%;容重平均值為771 g/L,比前兩年增加瞭近10 g/L;水分平均值為12.5%,為近五年最低;雜質含量0.9%,近五年來變化不大;不完善粒平均值為5.0%,為近三年最低,所有樣品的色澤和氣味是正常的。結論2014年江囌省小麥總體質量好于往年,其中徐州、宿遷地區小麥整體質量較好。

Objective To understand the quality status of the harvested wheat in 2014 in Jiangsu Province. MethodsTotally917 samples which covering all the grain-producing county in the entire province were selected as test samples, the test weight, unsound kernels, foreign matter, moisture content, the color, and odour of the wheat were inspected according to GB 1351-2008“wheat”. The test weight, moisture content of the wheat were determined by the GB/T 5498-2013 and GB/T 5497-1985. The foreign matter and unsound kernels were determined by GB/T 5494-2008. The color and odour of the wheat were identified by the GB/T 5492-2008.Results The quality of the harvested wheat in 2014 in 13 cities 62 districts of Jiangsu Province was investigated and compared with those in recent five years. The results showed that the proportion of wheat which was generally above the average was 96.3%. The average test weight of wheat was 771 g/L, increased 10 g/L by the last two years. The average moisture content of wheat was 12.5%, which was smallest in recent five years. The average content of foreign matter was 0.9%, which had little changed in recent five years. The unsound kernel content of wheat was 5.0%, which was smallest in recent three years. Moreover, all samples had the normal color and odour of wheat. ConclusionThe overall quality of wheat in 2014 in Jiangsu Province was better than the last years, especially the harvested wheat in Xuzhou and Suqian cities had good qualities.
