This paper constructs the interpretative structural modeling(ISM) of influencing factor of road traffic emergency(RTE) ,and further analyzes the logical relationship between them ,and identifies the hierarchical structure of key factors ,and finds out the most direct and funda‐mental influencing factors .The result provides a scientific basis for the identification and analysis of RTE .
