目的：探索品管圈活动在降低住院药房出院带药漏取率工作中的效果与体会。方法对住院药房出院带药漏取率偏高进行原因分析，根据分析结果制订出相应的改进措施并组织实施。结果住院药房出院带药的漏取率降低了5.50％，提高了药房与病区的沟通协作能力，增强了工作人员的参与意识和工作满足感，优化了药房的工作流程，增加了绩效考核奖惩细则。结论品管圈活动在降低住院药房出院带药漏取率中取得了良好的效果。
목적：탐색품관권활동재강저주원약방출원대약루취솔공작중적효과여체회。방법대주원약방출원대약루취솔편고진행원인분석，근거분석결과제정출상응적개진조시병조직실시。결과주원약방출원대약적루취솔강저료5.50％，제고료약방여병구적구통협작능력，증강료공작인원적삼여의식화공작만족감，우화료약방적공작류정，증가료적효고핵장징세칙。결론품관권활동재강저주원약방출원대약루취솔중취득료량호적효과。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circles activities in reducing the omission rate of discharge medication in hospital pharmacy.Methods The reasons of high discharge medication omission rate in hospital pharmacy were analyzed.According to the results of analysis,corresponding measures were formulated and the implementation was organized.Results The discharge medication omis-sion rate of hospital pharmacy was reduced by 5.50%;the communication and collaboration skills between the pharmacy and ward were im-proved,staff awareness of participation and job satisfaction was enhanced,the pharmacy work process was optimized,and the performance as-sessment rules was increased.Conclusion Quality control circles activities has achieved good effect in reducing the omission rate of hospital pharmacy discharge medication.
