目的：探讨输尿管结石患者采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术（URSL）围手术期护理。方法对134例行输尿管结石进行输尿管镜碎石取石的患者实施从入院到出院的全程护理。结果130例患者术后快速康复，做好 URSL 围手术期护理是手术成功的重要因素之一。结论URSL 碎石成功率高，创伤小，高质量围手术期护理、医护之间的默契配合是治疗成功的关键，可使输尿管结石尽快排出，使患者术后能够顺利康复。
목적：탐토수뇨관결석환자채용수뇨관경하기압탄도쇄석술（URSL）위수술기호리。방법대134례행수뇨관결석진행수뇨관경쇄석취석적환자실시종입원도출원적전정호리。결과130례환자술후쾌속강복，주호 URSL 위수술기호리시수술성공적중요인소지일。결론URSL 쇄석성공솔고，창상소，고질량위수술기호리、의호지간적묵계배합시치료성공적관건，가사수뇨관결석진쾌배출，사환자술후능구순리강복。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing for the patients suffering ureteral stones treated with ureteroscopy swiss lithoclast(URSL).Methods A total of 134 patients with ureteral calculi treated with ureteroscopy lithotripsy underwent the full nurs-ing process from admission to discharge.Results After operation 130 patients had quick recovery.Good perioperative care was one of the im-portant factors for successful URSL operation.Conclusion The URSL itself for the treatment of ureteral stones is claimed to have high rate of stone removal and mild wound,and high-quality perioperative care and good cooperation of surgeons and nurses will guarantee the successful treatment to the patients with stones that can be quickly discharged,and thus enables the uneventful recovery of patients.
