实施ERP系统是企业进行信息化管理的重要手段，而ERP系统的成功实施需要大量的ERP人才。高校开设各类ERP实验课程来满足企业的人才需求。但少有研究者对ERP实验课程的效果进行分析。从信息技术用户接受理论谈起，构建基于UTAUT模型的ERP系统实验课程学生接受模型，并通过调查问卷的方式收集数据，运用SPSS22.0进行实证分析，分析模型的信度和效度，检验模型的解释程度，试图从模型中找出指导高校教师改进ERP实验课程的关键因素。

Implementation of ERP system is an effective method to the information management of an enterprise .The successful imple‐mentation requires a large number of employees with ERP knowledge .To fulfill the requirement ,higher education set up a number of ERP experiment courses .However ,only a few researchers investigate the performance of the ERP courses .We starts from the accept‐ance theory of information system users ,and then construct a student acceptance model of ERP system .We use a questionnaire to col‐lect data and run SPSS22 .0 to analyze the data .The reliability and validity are tested to verity the model .Finally ,crucial factors of im‐proving ERP experiment course are discussed referring to the relationship among the variables.
