目的：观察经皮椎体成形术联合抗骨质疏松药治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效。方法50例骨质疏松引起的椎体压缩性骨折患者进行经椎体成形术治疗，术后给予抗骨质疏松药物治疗，分别在治疗前、治疗后24 h、1周、1个月、3个月及6个月进行视觉模拟评分并观察疼痛缓解优良率。结果患者治疗前与术后24 h、术后1周、1个月的 VAS 评分差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；术后1个月与3个月、6个月的 VAS 评分差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。患者中优29例（58.00％），良19例（38.00％），差2例（4.00％），优良率为96.00％。结论经椎体成形术联合抗骨质疏松药治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折能够更好的缓解患者的疼痛，预防相邻椎体再骨折，提高患者的生活质量，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰경피추체성형술연합항골질소송약치료골질소송성추체압축성골절적료효。방법50례골질소송인기적추체압축성골절환자진행경추체성형술치료，술후급여항골질소송약물치료，분별재치료전、치료후24 h、1주、1개월、3개월급6개월진행시각모의평분병관찰동통완해우량솔。결과환자치료전여술후24 h、술후1주、1개월적 VAS 평분차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；술후1개월여3개월、6개월적 VAS 평분차이무통계학의의（P ＞0.05）。환자중우29례（58.00％），량19례（38.00％），차2례（4.00％），우량솔위96.00％。결론경추체성형술연합항골질소송약치료골질소송성추체압축성골절능구경호적완해환자적동통，예방상린추체재골절，제고환자적생활질량，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the curative effect of the percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)combined with anti osteoporosis drug treatment for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods Fifty patients with OVCF underwent PVP,and given anti osteo-porosis drug therapy after operation.Visual analogue score(VAS)and the excellent rate of pain relief before treatment and after treatment at different time points were evaluated.Results The VAS score of patients before treatment and different time points after treatment had signifi-cant differences(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between 1 month and 3 months,6 months of postoperative (P >0.05).Patients were excellent in 29 cases(58.00%),good in 19 cases(38.00%),and poor in 2 cases(4.00%),with the excellent rate of 96.00%.Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty combined anti osteoporosis drug in the treatment of OVCF can alleviate the pain,prevent adjacent vertebral fractures again,and improve the quality of life for the patients.
