目的：研究阿加曲班联合尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓（LDVT）的临床效果。方法选取2012年6月至2014年5月入院的80例 LDVT 患者，随机均分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用低分子肝素钠与尿激酶联合用药，试验组采用阿加曲班与尿激酶联合用药，对两组治疗后的总有效率等数据进行统计分析。结果试验组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论阿加曲班联合尿激酶治疗 LDVT 比低分子肝素钠联合尿激酶治疗的效果更好，适合在临床上广泛应用。
목적：연구아가곡반연합뇨격매치료하지심정맥혈전（LDVT）적림상효과。방법선취2012년6월지2014년5월입원적80례 LDVT 환자，수궤균분위대조조화시험조。대조조채용저분자간소납여뇨격매연합용약，시험조채용아가곡반여뇨격매연합용약，대량조치료후적총유효솔등수거진행통계분석。결과시험조적총유효솔명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론아가곡반연합뇨격매치료 LDVT 비저분자간소납연합뇨격매치료적효과경호，괄합재림상상엄범응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of argatroban combined with urokinase on LDVT.Methods Eighty patients with DVT in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group were treated with low-molecular-weight heparin sodium injection combined with urokinase,and the experimental group were treated with argatroban combined with urokinase.The clinical data of two groups were statistically analyzed after two weeks.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of argatroban combined with urokinase is better than that of low-mo-lecular-weight heparin sodium injection combined with urokinase,and the former is suitable for wide application in clinic.
