目的：探讨芬吗通雌激素经阴道给药与口服补佳乐作用于子宫内膜增生的临床效果比较。方法将2013年1月至2013年12月就诊于我院生殖医学中心月经稀发且月经量过少的患者分为两组。A 组：因人流后伤及子宫内膜基底层者20例。B 组：确诊为多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍，月经稀发而量少者20例。分别将 A 组患者（20例）与 B 组患者（20例）再随机分为2组：A1和 B1组（每组10例）口服补佳乐；A2和 B2组（每组10例）用芬吗通红药片深部纳阴；探讨两种雌激素在经量减少的患者中的应用，分析其修复或者使子宫内膜增生的作用效果。结果A 组与 B 组中，使用芬吗通红药片深部纳阴使子宫内膜增生的效果好于口服补佳乐组（P ＜0.05），B 组芬吗通红药片深部纳阴使子宫内膜厚度增生的作用效果则更加显著（P ＜0.05）。结论雌激素的补充有助于内膜的增长，芬吗通红药片深部纳阴相较于口服补佳乐，有更好地协助内膜增长效果。
목적：탐토분마통자격소경음도급약여구복보가악작용우자궁내막증생적림상효과비교。방법장2013년1월지2013년12월취진우아원생식의학중심월경희발차월경량과소적환자분위량조。A 조：인인류후상급자궁내막기저층자20례。B 조：학진위다낭란소종합정배란장애，월경희발이량소자20례。분별장 A 조환자（20례）여 B 조환자（20례）재수궤분위2조：A1화 B1조（매조10례）구복보가악；A2화 B2조（매조10례）용분마통홍약편심부납음；탐토량충자격소재경량감소적환자중적응용，분석기수복혹자사자궁내막증생적작용효과。결과A 조여 B 조중，사용분마통홍약편심부납음사자궁내막증생적효과호우구복보가악조（P ＜0.05），B 조분마통홍약편심부납음사자궁내막후도증생적작용효과칙경가현저（P ＜0.05）。결론자격소적보충유조우내막적증장，분마통홍약편심부납음상교우구복보가악，유경호지협조내막증장효과。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of intravaginal versus femoston and oral progynova on endometrium growth.Methods The oligomenorrhea and hypomenorrhea patients were selected and assigned into two groups:Group A,20 patients whose endometrium basal layer was injured after artificial abortion;group B,20 patients who were diagnosed as PCOS and ovulatory obstacle,and the transvaginal ultrasound showed thin endometrium but normal uterine size.Group A and B were then subdivided into two group randomly:A1 and B1 group(10 patients in each group)who received 2 pieces of oral progynova,and A2 and B2 group(10 patients in each group)who used 1 red pill of intravaginal femoston.The clinical effects of two estrogens on endometrium growth were compared.Results In A2 and B2 group, intravaginal femoston red pills by had better effect on endometrium growth than progynova(P <0.05).In PCOS group,the effect was more significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Estrogen can help the endometrium growth.Compared with progynova,red pills in intravaginal femoston has better effect on the endometrium growth.
