目的：提高对未分类肾细胞癌（URCC）的认识及临床诊疗水平。方法回顾分析我院收治的1例 URCC，结合文献就其诊疗现状及预后进行讨论。结果患者行肾癌根治术，术后愈合良好；术后随访2年，无复发及转移。结论URCC 临床罕见，预后不良，诊断主要依赖其病理学检查，肾癌根治性切除术是其主要治疗方法。
목적：제고대미분류신세포암（URCC）적인식급림상진료수평。방법회고분석아원수치적1례 URCC，결합문헌취기진료현상급예후진행토론。결과환자행신암근치술，술후유합량호；술후수방2년，무복발급전이。결론URCC 림상한견，예후불량，진단주요의뢰기병이학검사，신암근치성절제술시기주요치료방법。
Objective To report a patient of unclassified renal cell carcinoma(URCC)and improve the recognition,diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods Urological pathology and clinical files of the case were reviewed.One male patient,aged 46 years,was found a mass of right kidney by CT scan in healthy examination,and underwent radical nephrectomy.Results The patient was healed well after surgery,and lived with disease free after a follow-up for 2 years.Conclusion URCC is a rare malignant tumor with poor prognosis, whose diagnosis depends on pathologic examination,and radical nephrectomy is the best treatment of choice.
