本文针对我国中小学网络辅助教学中存在诸多问题，对陕西省咸阳市中小学基础设施建设、教师教育技术能力和培训现状进行了调查和探究。在此基础上，研究相关领域国内外技术现状及发展趋势，开发了基于Sakai平台的中小学网络辅助教学系统。以实现Sakai平台在中小学网络辅助教学的应用优势进行深入挖掘。
本文針對我國中小學網絡輔助教學中存在諸多問題，對陝西省鹹暘市中小學基礎設施建設、教師教育技術能力和培訓現狀進行瞭調查和探究。在此基礎上，研究相關領域國內外技術現狀及髮展趨勢，開髮瞭基于Sakai平檯的中小學網絡輔助教學繫統。以實現Sakai平檯在中小學網絡輔助教學的應用優勢進行深入挖掘。

This paper has carried on the investigation and study of teacher education technology ability of infrastructure construction, middle and primary schools in Xianyang city of Shaanxi province and the status of training, many problems on web assisted teaching in middle and primary schools of our country are found. On this basis, after reaching of current situation and development trend of domestic and foreign technology, the network assisted teaching system based on Sakai platform is developed to achieve in-depth mining in the application of network assisted teaching in primary and middle schools on Sakai platform.
