目的:探讨正电子发射断层显像/X线计算机体层显像在非小细胞肺癌患者疗效评估中的应用。方法对80例非小细胞肺癌患者资料进行分析,医护人员根据患者检查时间(单日、双日)均分为对照组和实验组(n=40)。对照组采用常规方法评估,实验组采用PET/CT显像评估,比较2组患者扫描时间、花费等指标。结果实验组35例病情稳定,且患者对本院满意度为95%,患者1年生存率为45%,15例患者远期生存,均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组扫描时间为(20±4)min,检查费用为(4500±890)元,病情进展时间为(3.9±1.1)个月,少于对照组(P<0.05);实验组中位生存期为(9.2±0.6)个月,长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PET/CT显像技术操作简单,扫描时间较短,对临床治疗方案的改变具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the application of PET/CT ( Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography) imaging in patients with non small cell lung cancer efifcacy evaluation in. Methods 80 cases of non small cell lung cancer patients in the hospital treated were analyzed according to the patients, medical staff inspection time (daily, double day) were divided into two groups. The control group using conventional methods of assessment, PET/CT imaging for the evaluation of the experimental group, compared two groups of patients with scanning time, cost index. Results In the experimental group, 35 cases of stable disease, and patients in our hospital in patients satisfaction was 95%, 1 year survival rate was 45%, 15 cases of patients with long-term survival, were better than the control group (P﹤0.05);The experimental group sweep time of (20±4) min, inspection fees for (4500±890) yuan, time to disease progression to (3.9±1.1) month, shorter than the control group (P﹤0.05);The experimental group the median survival time (9.2±0.6) for months, longer than that of the control group (P﹤0.05). Conclusion The PET/CT imaging technology has the advantages of simple operation, shorter scanning time, although the cost of inspection is more expensive, but from the long-term analysis, the results have important signiifcance to the clinical treatment.
